Returns & Exchanges

At Levko.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right to an exchange or return.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The product is unused and shows no signs of wear.

• The product’s marketable appearance, original packaging, seals, and labels are fully intact.

• You have a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).

⚠️ Important Note

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №172, certain categories of good quality goods are not subject to return or exchange. These include:

• Personal hygiene items.

• Perfumery and cosmetic products.

• Food products (including dietary supplements and CBD products in opened packaging).

• We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting these items upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.
